NO SMOKING - NO PETS IN THE HACIENDA (We do have a kennel area for dogs. We cannot accommodate cats or exotic animals.)

Alcohol: We do not serve alcohol, but you may bring your own. Please drink responsibly. Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
- There is a $250 deposit to confirm your reservation. This deposit will be applied to the total amount of your stay. Any open balance will be due upon arrival.
- Cancellations require 10 days notice prior to arrival for full refund of deposit, minus a cancellation fee of $10.00.
- Refund of deposit is subject to a $10 cancellation fee.
- If you cancel with less than 10 days notice and we are able to re-book your room, we will refund your deposit, less the cancellation fee. If we are unable to re-book your whole reservation you will be responsible for each night not re-booked.
- Guests will be responsible for the fully reserved date(s) regardless of late arrival or early departure.
- We are not responsible for inclement weather or any other reason you fail to arrive for your reservation. Please consider trip insurance to handle such events.
- A $150 Housekeeping Fee will be applied to any stays that leave the property in excessive disorder and uncleanliness. This fee will be charged to the credit card on file used for the deposit/reservation on the day of departure.
